SSC CGL Result 2023 Out

SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023 for AAO, JSO, Statistical Investigator Gr. II, and Other Jobs has been issued in PDF format, containing the names and roll numbers of the applicants who have been shortlisted to participate in the Tier 2 Exam. Candidates are shortlisted for the final selection process based on their overall performance in Tier 1 and Tier 2 examinations. According to the SSC CGL Result 2023, 81752 applicants were declared qualified for the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 2 test, which will be held from October 25th to October 27th, 2023. Out of the qualifying candidates, 4377 have qualified for AAO positions, 3123 for JSO positions, 3140 for Statistical Investigator Gr. II positions and a total of 71112 have been shortlisted for other positions.

On September 19, 2023, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced the SSC CGL Result 2023 for the 1236202 candidates who took the exam. Statistics for SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023

The number of candidates who applied, appeared, and failed the exam has been released by the Staff Selection Commission. Along with the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023, the number of qualifying candidates has been revealed. This year, 12,36,202 (49.97%) of the total applicants (24,74,030) who applied for the SSC CGL 2023 Exam appeared in the Tier 1 exam, while 12,37,828 (50.03%) were missing. Of the 1237828 candidates, 81752 are qualified for the next round of the exam, Tier 2.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC (https://ssc.nic.in/) to check the SSC CGL Result 2023 Tier-1 Exam.

Step 2: Go to the Result section and click on the CGL tab in orange color.

Step 3: Now Click on the “Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-1) 2023 Candidates Provisionally Shortlisted in Tier-1 for Appearing in Tier-2 Examination“  Result Links for the posts you have appeared in the exam.

Step 4: Now Download the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023 PDF file and Save this result PDF.

Step 5: SSC CGL Tier 1 Result (PDF File) is displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Open the file. The list of qualified candidates is shown. Now, press “Ctrl+F” and enter your name and roll number.

Step 7: If your name and roll number are on the list, you have qualified for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.

What Happens After the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023?

As the SSC CGL Result 2023 for Tier 1 Exam has been released, applicants must now prepare for the next step of the selection process, Tier 2 Exam. Only applicants whose names and roll numbers appear in the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result pdf are eligible to participate for CGL Paper 2, which is further separated into three examinations, and candidates must appear in the papers listed below for each post.

Negative Marking- Each incorrect answer receives one mark in Section-I, Section-II, and Module-I of Section-III of Paper-I, and 0.50 marks in Paper-II and Paper-III.
