Land Loser Candidates: Candidates who lost their land for the construction of the Konkan Railway Line between Roha (Maharashtra) and Thokur (Karnataka) irrespective of the percentage of land lost. The landloser and/or spouse, son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter qualify under the landloser quota.
Employment Exchange Registered Candidates: Domiciles of Maharashtra, Goa or Karnataka with valid employment exchange cards registered on Konkan Railway route (Raigad, Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts of Maharashtra; Goa State; Uttara Kannada, Udupi and Dakshina Kannada/South Kannada districts of Karnataka).
